These terms cover your use of SilkRemote, the apps and the service at silkremote.com, provided by Tavyr AI Technologies.
Using SilkRemote
Use SilkRemote only to reach computers you own or are allowed to control. You are responsible for the devices you pair and for keeping them secure.
Plans and payment
- Free works on your own local network without time limit.
- Pro monthly and Pro yearly add access from anywhere for the period you pay for. They do not renew automatically; buying again extends your license.
- Founder lifetime is a one-time payment for Pro for as long as SilkRemote is offered.
- One license covers up to 3 computers. Prices are shown before you pay and include any taxes we are required to charge.
Refunds
See the refund policy: full refund within 14 days of a purchase.
Availability
Direct connections on your own network don't depend on our servers. The relay and sign-in are provided on a best-effort basis; we work to keep them available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
Liability
SilkRemote is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
